Professional Summary

Project Manager with 3 years of experience in IT project management, cross-functional team coordination, and full delivery lifecycle. Hands-on experience in planning, deadline control, risk and budget management, and preparation of core project documentation (Project Charter, Scope Statement, Risk Register, Acceptance Criteria, Burndown Chart). Worked with both technical teams (backend, frontend, QA) and design teams (UI/UX, graphics), gaining strong understanding of development processes.

Currently gaining hands-on experience in Game Development. Previously participated in planning and coordination of PC game projects (Unity) within a volunteer game studio. Additionally, initiated a volunteer mobile game incubator, where I contribute as a Project Manager and early-stage Producer, organizing teams, setting up production processes, and leading the first project through the pre-production phase.
