QA engineer (worked as an outsourced QA from Scandiweb)

I worked at Limesharp as an outsourced QA Engineer from Scandiweb.
I was responsible for building a structured QA process from the ground up in close collaboration with Limesharp managers.

Challenge:
- Before my arrival, testing was handled by Project and Account Managers who had other primary responsibilities.
What I implemented:
- Defined the test strategy at the company level, aligning it with business goals and release cycles.
- Developed test plans, including a dedicated plan for Smoke testing to ensure build stability.
- Designed comprehensive test suites for Smoke and Regression testing across client websites.
- Created a separate test suite for SEO testing to validate technical SEO requirements.
- Proposed and led the adoption of TestLodge as the official test case management tool, which unified our testing documentation and improved traceability.
Results:
- QA process became transparent and auditable.
- Post-release rework dropped by 40%.
- Client satisfaction increased.
