My name is Arseni Sinchylin. I’m 28 and based in Minsk (GMT +3). My native language is Russian, and I speak fluent English (C1-C2) and a bit of German (A2-B1).

I graduated from Minsk State Linguistic University as a Intercultural Communication Specialist, with a focus on External Economic Relationship.

As up to now, I have been working as a project manager for 5 years: 4 years in a localization company and 1 year in an iGaming company. Here are my core responsibilities:

• Cross-team and cross-functional cooperation between Product, Marketing, CRM, Legal, QA and localization teams, as well as external clients and stakeholders
• Simultaneous management of up to 10 projects, 100 freelancers and 5 team members across several time zones
• Regular team syncs to check progress, determine risks and monitor timely completions in order to prevent blockers
• Gathering various project metrics and discussing them with clients and internal PM teams
• Using Jira, Confluence and Trello every day for project management

In addition, I gradually try to implement AI solutions to simplify and accelerate daily processes, like report generation or task assignments.
