I specialze in localization project management. With 5+ years as a Localization PM and a freelance translator, here are my core reponsibilites:

- launching international projects from scratch: negotiations, risks, budgets, team assemble, QA and feedback processing
- managing up to 15 projects with 100 linguists from various time zones alone and in a team of dedicated PMs
- RU-EN and EN-RU localization of all types of texts: game strings, articles, UX interface, a bit of literary and voluntary translation
