Over the past 10 years, I have been responsible for financial accounting, management reporting, financial analysis, and finance operations for the Kyrgyzstan entity, working closely with regional and HQ finance teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management reports, including Profit & Loss, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, and financial performance analysis.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare account and bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.

• Manage multi-currency accounting (USD, CNY, KGS) and foreign exchange transactions.

• Communicate with banks, auditors, government authorities, vendors, customers, and ZTE Headquarters.
• Improve finance processes and reporting through Excel automation and analytical reporting.

Worked as a tax consultant for a fintech product designed to simplify tax reporting for businesses by allowing users to prepare and submit tax reports directly through a mobile application.
