I really enjoy CRM marketing because it’s one of the few areas of marketing where you can clearly measure the impact of your work. There are clear metrics and conversion rates that show how customer communication is improving. I enjoy analyzing those results, testing hypotheses through A/B experiments, and finding more effective and creative ways to engage customers.

I’ve worked across different areas of marketing, but over time I consciously chose to specialize in CRM. For three years, CRM was part of my responsibilities as a marketer, and for the last two years I’ve been fully responsible for the CRM direction. Before that, I worked in Product Marketing at SkillFactory, which gave me a strong understanding of products and helped me see the bigger picture and understand our shared business goals.
