Over the past 3+ years, I have worked in recruitment with a primary focus on technical hiring. I currently manage the full recruitment cycle for Yandex Infrastructure teams, from gathering hiring requirements and developing sourcing strategies to offer management and onboarding. I recruit for Backend, Frontend, DevOps/SRE, Technical Manager, and other technical roles from Middle to Tech Lead level, managing up to 5 complex vacancies simultaneously. My average cold outreach response rate is around 25%, and 40–50% of candidates who pass HR screening progress to technical interview stages. I also manage recruitment funnel analytics, work closely with hiring managers, train recruiters and sourcers — 5 specialists trained and onboarded within one year — and contribute to the development of AI tools for recruitment. 

Previously, I worked as a Sourcer/Recruiter at BWG recruitment agency, where I recruited IT and business professionals, developed sourcing strategies, conducted interviews, and supported candidates throughout the recruitment process.
