Senior Fullstack Developer

На данный момент Senior Frontend Developer.

Мои компетенции и опыт

Senior Fullstack Developer with 8 years of commercial experience. I cut average feature development time from 10 days to 4 and reduced new bugs by 10x on a US AI startup's product team, while leading a 14-month design system migration in parallel with feature work.

Most recently at Harness I built 10+ design system components for the Unified UI and delivered new UI for Gitness, their open-source code hosting platform (38k+ GitHub stars). Before that at Frame I onboarded and mentored a team of up to 10 part-time developers.

Since 2019 I have mentored 40+ developers through HTML Academy, and in 2021 I designed and ran a summer frontend internship for 80+ university students at Accenture.
