At CoverGo I took a 9-month insurance product cycle and turned it into an 8-week no-code workflow — brokers could configure and launch plans themselves instead of waiting on engineering each time. I led a broker portal from spec through ship, sitting with stakeholders early to nail down scope before any code got written. On the crypto side I built transfer flows moving real money, where a bug isn't a UX annoyance, it's someone's funds gone.

I also built calculation logic that ran the same way on frontend and backend, so quotes shown to a user never drifted from what actually got charged. Some of my work involved reading unfamiliar C#/.NET code to extend existing endpoints, since rewriting the backend wasn't always an option. I've done migrations too — old Backbone and jQuery apps moved over to Vue and React, and real-time WebSocket UIs where the data never stops moving and the state still has to hold together.
