I am building my career in User Acquisition and Performance Marketing, focusing on mobile applications and paid social advertising.
My background is in engineering and operations management, where I spent over 13 years managing production processes, leading teams, solving complex problems under pressure, and making data-driven decisions. This experience developed strong analytical thinking, responsibility, attention to detail, and a structured approach to work.
Currently, I am actively developing practical skills in Performance Marketing. I study Meta Ads campaign structure, audience research, campaign optimization, creative testing, marketing analytics, and mobile app user acquisition. I also use Excel and SQL for data analysis and continuously improve my understanding of key performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CAC, ROAS, ROI, and LTV.
Additionally, I have completed Front-end Web Development training (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), which helps me better understand digital products and communicate effectively with development teams.
