My name is Lisa. I’m a senior UX/UI and product designer with over 6 years of experience designing user-friendly and product-focused (web and mobile) solutions for digital services. My total experience, including graphic design, is over 8 years. For the past 3 years, I’ve led the design team in an informal way.

Previously, I’ve worked in sectors such as education, fintech, e-commerce, healthcare, beauty, the gaming industry, gambling, cryptocurrency, and more, where I’ve successfully built projects from scratch, improved the usability of existing services by initiating research and analyzing data, and worked on unique and conceptual UI designs as well as occasional branding projects. I’m skilled at generating content (both manually and using AI, including writing texts) I have experience working directly with clients, am a strong communicator, and work independently; I’ve mentored junior specialists, participated in hiring and onboarding, taken responsibility for the decisions of junior colleagues, taught at schools, and spoken at meetups. I’ve also developed visual strategies for complex B2B and B2C projects and overseen the quality of execution from concept to pixel-perfect implementation. I’m comfortable working with AI. 

I’ve worked at both design studios and traditional IT companies, on in-house products as well as outsourced projects — I believe my experience will be valuable to you!
