I am an operations and team performance specialist with experience in fast-paced digital and creator-focused environments. During my career, I progressed from a customer engagement role to Operations Specialist and later Operations Lead. In my most recent position, I supported operational processes across 10 teams and more than 150 employees.

My responsibilities included coordinating teams, creating KPI trackers and reporting templates, analysing performance, improving internal processes, and supporting recruitment and onboarding. I also worked with managers and specialists from different departments, helped organise communication, managed multiple tasks simultaneously, and ensured that deadlines and operational standards were followed. As a result of the processes I introduced, team KPIs increased by approximately 15–30%, while employee onboarding and adaptation became more structured and efficient.

I am confident working with Google Sheets, Excel, Notion, ClickUp, Slack, Discord, and reporting tools. I am organised, proactive, attentive to detail, and comfortable communicating with different people, resolving unexpected issues, and taking responsibility for tasks from the initial idea to the final result.
