I have been searching for an opportunity to grow personally and professionally in the fields of study I am most passionate about, which is why I believe I have found it in this position. With a Master's in Management and Analytics for Business (People Analytics track) at HSE University and a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. I have knowledge of English and Spanish (native/bilingual) and Russian (A1 level). I have experience in the construction, real estate, edutech, logistics, fintech, and IT sectors. During my master's degree internship as a chartering manager, I performed tasks such as searching for customers (exporters/importers/brokers), contacting customers through cold calls, working with the CRM system (1C) to upload 340 companies in less than a month, and negotiating with customers in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America. Also, as a lead generator intern at a transportation company and a partnership manager at a renovation company in Dubai. Additionally, I served as a project manager and conducted market research for an IT educational online company aiming to launch in LATAM. I was selected to participate in UX research at Coursera, Datacamp, Miro, and the Coursera Community Guided Projects pilot. Experience as a UX research interviewer at Kommo for Latam market. I have experience as an IT assistant manager, where my responsibilities included searching for potential customers, investors/angels, projects, and employees, analyzing the market, developing business strategies, overseeing recruitment, and creating content. I used tools such as Youtracker, ClickUp, LinkedIn, and Tilda. Experience as a content creator for an IT company, reaching 52,000 views in a week. Furthermore, I have experience as an account, senior sales, and partner manager in a loan and beauty manufacturing company, engaging in cold and warm calls with customers in the USA, and using amoCRM and kommo. Experience as a community manager for Discord for an IT company app, for US and English speaker users - Collaborated with cross-functional product teams by providing customer feedback insights to support customer experience, product optimization, UX improvements, and technical support documentation.
