I am a Senior AI/ML Engineer with 8+ years of experience focused on text-based systems, NLP and Generative AI.

My background covers the full evolution of modern machine learning: from classical ML methods, through Deep Learning with LSTM and early Transformers architectures, to the design and productionization of LLM-based systems.

I have designed, developed, and supported multiple production ML and DL models used in social and healthcare domains, helping more than 10 million users access essential services. These systems included text classification and NER models deployed in real-world production environments.

More recently, I owned the end-to-end development of multiple LLM-based products, including vector-based information storage, semantic search, RAG pipelines, LLM-as-a-judge evaluation, and scoring components.
One of these systems is used daily by dozens of HR specialists to process thousands of resumes, significantly reducing manual effort and saving hundreds of hours of work.
Another system supports dozens of technical writers, helping them improve the quality and consistency of technical documentation for software products.

I have extensive hands-on experience with text classification, information extraction, semantic search, scoring, and RAG systems. My work often starts with research-driven prototyping and evaluation, and continues through refinement, deployment, and long-term production support.

I am pragmatic and comfortable operating under real-world constraints such as data quality, scalability, latency, and system maintainability. Ability to quickly prototype and validate research ideas helps me make informed architectural and modeling decisions, evaluate trade-offs, and select approaches that are effective not only in experiments but also in production.

I enjoy analyzing complex systems, identifying opportunities for optimization and automation, and architecting solutions that balance research depth with engineering quality. I value structured problem-solving, clear reasoning, and practical experimentation. I am interested in applied and product-oriented AI roles, as well as hybrid research–engineering environments where advanced machine learning can deliver measurable, real-world impact.
