I'm an event manager and project producer with 10+ years of experience across educational organizations, cultural centers, B2B & B2C clients. My work sits at the intersection of education, culture, and logistics. I've produced: 

— A 7-day city festival welcoming 900,000+ visitors 

— 3 international educational conferences (50+ speakers, 200 participants each) 

— 9 multilingual programmes for participants from 8 countries 

— A cultural centre programme that grew to serve a community of 1,000+ people 

— A digital edutainment resource now used by 210,000 learners I've worked with major B2B clients 

— including a leading global cybersecurity company and a large retail chain 

— managing full project cycles with budgets of up to €115,000. I've also built volunteer programmes, sourced partners and sponsors, and led creative teams of 15+ people across time zones. 

What I'm good at: designing a programme from zero, keeping a dozen moving parts in sync, and staying calm when things go sideways — which they always do. After years working across Eastern Europe and the Caucasus, I'm now based in Madrid and looking for remote or international roles in project management, programme coordination, or production.
