Over the past few years, I’ve successfully delivered 40+ projects ranging from a few months to over a year in duration, often managing multiple parallel initiatives. Around 90% of these projects were delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with agreed scope, with an average project profitability of 25–30%.

One of my key recent achievements was leading the delivery of 5 major product integrations within a year — all delivered on time and within budget. These initiatives contributed to consistent product growth and were part of the broader success factors supporting a Series B funding round.

I also played a lead role in presales, working directly with clients to shape solutions and drive deal conversion, maintaining an average conversion rate of ~40%.
