  • Managing the issuance and renewal of license keys for clients.
  • Engaging with clients through regular update calls, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through proactive account management.
  • Driving additional revenue through strategic cross-selling and upselling.
  • Participating in conferences and industry events to network, explore new markets, promote company offerings, and foster lasting partnerships.
