Technical Project Manager with 14+ years of experience in IT project and product delivery. I have a strong technical background and hands-on experience working at the intersection of business, product, and engineering. I also have solid experience in system analysis, which allows me to work deeply with requirements and product backlog.

Over the last several years, I have been managing end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects, primarily in custom software development, web and mobile applications, and SaaS platforms. I take responsibility for the full project lifecycle: from idea and planning to delivery, release, and post-project analysis.

My key responsibilities include:

• Managing full project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, delivery, closure)
• Project budgeting, cost control, and timeline management
• Prioritization, scope management, and risk mitigation
• Coordinating cross-functional teams (developers, QA, designers, DevOps)

I have extensive experience working with international and English-speaking clients, aligning business expectations with technical constraints, and ensuring predictable and high-quality delivery.

I spent 5 years in outsourcing environments (EPAM, Luxoft), including participation in presales activities, preparation of project estimations, proposals, and tender documentation. I am comfortable working both in Agile (Scrum / Kanban, certified PSM I) and Waterfall models (PMBoK).

My strong technical background allows me to deeply understand system architecture and development processes and effectively collaborate with engineering teams:

• Experience with web and distributed systems, integrations, and APIs
• Understanding of system architecture, databases, and development best practices
