• In my roles as a PM, I mastered products from the ground up. I designed the blueprint for a new mobile application, including the CJM and MVP specifications, and implemented UX improvements for for mobile and web apps. I have a proven track record of optimizing workflows: I led the launch of an auction platform that automated manual processes, saving 25–35 hours per week (1 FTE) and reducing purchase prices by 2.5%.
• At Yandex Practicum, I edited extensive courses such as "Data Engineer" and "Business Analyst". This involved developing lesson architectures, managing a complex knowledge base, and co-authoring technical content to ensure a bug-free user experience. I coordinated a cross-functional production team of 5 and published technical articles that got over 7,000 organic views.
• I am skilled in SQL, Python, and data tools (Qlik, Yandex Metrica, Superset), enabling me to effectively use web analytics and performance metrics to evaluate product strategy.
