For 4 years I worked as a Project Manager and simultaneously handled HR tasks: interviewing candidates, adaptation, training new employees, developing internal documentation, organizing team activities, consistently receiving positive feedback from colleagues. Now I’m consciously transitioning into HR and developing in this field: together with a mentor I studied HR analytics, recruitment, performance and development processes. I also continue to strengthen my knowledge by being in HR communities. My key strengths are structured thinking, empathy and the ability to take ownership of operational routines. I strive to create process transparency and partnerships between employees and the business.
