My professional experience is in the field of transportation and logistics services and includes nearly 18 years of working with operational and financial data, as well as managing departments and branches.

In my work, I have consistently used data to support decision-making and improve business performance: 

• analyzed client performance, identified inefficiencies, and optimized processes 

• built an automated KPI system that improved on-time delivery by 5%, reduced document delivery time by 20% and accelerated invoice payments by 9% 

• developed and implemented a customer loyalty assessment, reducing churn by 15% 

• analyzed the company’s pricing structure and managed rate indexation, leveraging 10+ data sources and continuous market monitoring to reduce update time and improve transparency 

• improved delivery schedules based on operational data, increasing transit speed by 7% 

• designed a partner scoring and verification system, eliminating fraud-related losses. 

I also contributed to business growth and operational development: 

• reduced empty mileage by more than 70% through the implementation of return trips

Over time, I realized that analytics is where I create the most value, which led me to transition into a dedicated Data Analyst role. So, i completed the IBM Data Analyst Professional Certificate and developed practical skills in SQL, Python (pandas, NumPy, matplotlib, seaborn, plotly), Cognos Analytics and Looker Studio.
