Technical scope:

· Built and led a frontend engineering team from scratch (hiring, mentoring, defining architecture and engineering standards).

· Drove migration from monolithic Serenity frontend to Angular-based micro-frontend architecture.

· Co-designed microservice backend architecture (.NET 8) and introduced Microsoft's BFF pattern to improve scalability and frontend-backend integration.
