I started my career as an Operational Manager, responsible for processes and product operations, and later moved into project and team management. Over the past 8+ years, I have grown into a Delivery Manager, combining accountability for results, structured execution, and collaboration with international stakeholders.

In recent years, I have been leading web and e-commerce projects, managing distributed cross-functional teams (30+ specialists) and taking full ownership of budgets, timelines, quality, and KPIs. Key achievements include migrating a large-scale platform to AWS (+30% stability), implementing CI/CD and QA practices (–40% production bugs), and optimizing P&L and delivery workflows, which increased gross profit by 30–35% over two years.

Earlier, in the AI/ML domain, I launched and scaled automation products, built QA and delivery culture, and drove ARR growth while shaping high-performing teams.

My approach focuses on transparent processes, measurable business results, and a predictable delivery rhythm for the team. I bring operational depth together with business-level management and thrive in projects where long-term value creation matters.
