• Lead and manage the product design team: workload planning, capacity management, task grooming, and estimation in story points 
• Drive end‑to‑end design of product features: user research, problem definition, specification, solution design, handoff, and delivery oversight 
• Define and maintain the design system, leading component refactoring, adding new patterns, and enforcing consistency and quality standards across products (Web and App)
• Provide hands‑on design for key features and conduct regular design reviews, giving product‑oriented and marketing‑oriented feedback to the team
