Cut monthly infrastructure and AI spend by 37.5% and halved cloud capacity with zero downtime. Set up shared infrastructure and a single AI gateway within a week for 4 parallel product hypotheses. Restored production monitoring after an 11-day outage of error tracking, set up alerting and incident postmortems. Automated the knowledge base and sprint reporting with AI agents, built reusable agent workflows for development, testing, and research. Rebuilt planning, grooming, and the release process (feature flags, deploy checks).
