I am an IT Project Manager with 2+ years of experience in web development. During this time, I managed more than 15 full-cycle projects of different complexity.

Experience:

- Managing projects and teams (up to 6 people), organizing workflows

- Launching an insurance product

- Implementing a task reporting system and improving development processes (Kanban, git-flow)

I understand the importance of meeting deadlines and strive to achieve this within the constraints of the project triangle by leveraging tools like Scrum, Kanban, and CI/CD. For the last 2 years, I worked in UAE, where I got experience in a multicultural environment. Now I want to return to IT, because it is my main professional field and I want to continue growing in this direction.
