Business Development & Sales

  • Served as the agency’s sole sales manager, processing 100% of inbound leads and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
  • An average annual sales volume - $400–550k, an average deal size - $25–40k.
  • Conducted negotiations with leads/clients worldwide, including US, EMEA, LATAM.

Client & Account Management

  • Acted as the primary escalation point for all accounts, resolving complex conflicts by structuring alternative solutions to save contracts, protect revenue and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Generated up to 15% of repeat and new business through upsells, maintenance&support contracts, and client referrals.
