I have an extensive technical background, having worked with various APIs for about five years. I've worked as an integration manager for about three years. I have experience interacting with clients, including onboarding, and building long-term relationships. I can independently analyze problems, identify the causes of errors, and conduct diagnostics. For this purpose, I use Postman, SQL, Grafana, and Kibana. I can communicate equally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. My hybrid skills help me build relationships with various teams: business, development, QA, and support.
