My name is Ekaterina. I am a professional HR expert with extensive experience in the recruitment field, particularly in international companies. Over the past three years, I have focused on developing expertise in professional recruitment and HR in the IT sector.

Currently, I am responsible for the HR direction in an international startup based in Dubai and
Bali. My specialization includes building HR processes from scratch, developing policies, organizing team-building events, and motivating teams to achieve results. One of my key skills is finding and attracting talent in the job market.

Additionally, I am confident in my empathy and ability to be the "soul of the company." Employees often come to me for advice and support, and I am always ready to assist colleagues in solving their issues and challenges.
