As an Agile Coach or Delivery Lead I can work at different management levels. At the team level - helping to set up processes and interactions. At the unit level, helping to build value streams. At the product or organization level, helping to build a holistic view of the world. I can use both agile approaches and classical management techniques to solve management problems depending on the context.

As an Agile Trainer, I am able and love to do various typical Agile/Scrum/Kanban/DevOps/Product Management training for different audiences. I can create training programs for different demands. Apart from this, some SAFe-certified classes with certifications are also on the menu.
