I am a Project manager. In this position I bring stable growth of projects and teams.

I am constantly investing myself in company development, my team progress, process organization and stabilization.

Examples of my achievements include:

Starting project and continually growing it from 5 team members to 50, making this project the one of the biggest in organization

Creating comprehensible templates of specifications and diagrams, best practices like for example organize work on project according to PMI recommendations, creating automatic workflow for project lifecycle (using youtrack and jira).

Support development team, coach them in process of eliminating technical risks. Bring a methodology, from my experience, of estimation and plan integration works; methods how to work with common functionality through different projects etc.
