Мои компетенции и опыт

I’m Arkadzi, a product engineer and a teammate with 7+ years of experience. I’m especially interested in work that helps people and has a positive impact. For example, right now I volunteer with Discourse, helping with a large SolidJS-based open media product for long-form text and multimedia.

I’ve worked on products in AdTech, RetailTech, and SaaS, including for the US market. Over the years I’ve been involved in system redesigns, stack migrations, and making interfaces faster and easier to use.

Right now my main stack includes ReactJS and SolidJS, Redux, MobX, Logux, HTML/CSS/JS/TS, нужен доступ к резюме , NodeJS/NestJS, Rust, WebAssembly, Vite, Webpack, and AI tools like Cursor, Claude, and OpenCode. I adore learning new things and I learn fast. Currently expanding into backend and systems engineering with нужен доступ к резюме , Rust and WebAssembly, with a long-term focus on software architecture, distributed systems and technical leadership.

In my recent roles, I’ve worked on design systems, full-stack features, analytics tools, and performance improvements for complex products — from large maps and marketing sites to B2B dashboards and editors. I also care about developer experience, so I’ve spent time cleaning up legacy code, building reusable UI kits, and contributing to open-source projects.

Also I studied at the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science, but I chose to keep learning engineering on my own. I’ve also mentored junior developers and students at HTML Academy and other platforms, helping them ship real projects, understand architecture, and stay motivated when learning gets hard.
