My expertise includes hiring, onboarding, training and development, compensation and benefits, coaching, performance appraisals, organizational changes and design, engagement, employee relations, retention, dismissals and HR analytics. I have a proven ability to drive success and foster positive relationships within an organization.

Additionally, I have supported leadership teams in performance management, engagement surveys, and talent and succession planning. I excel at initiating additional activities with centers of Expertise to meet business function needs and achieve strategic goals. 
I have led multiple successful projects, including launching training programs, customized onboarding processes, and implementing hard skills competencies etc.
