With my background in fintech and e-commerce, I bring extensive experience in developing products grounded in a robust understanding of analytics. Additionally, I possess expertise in building strong teams from scratch.

At "Dengi-Vpered", I successfully led a project to create an advanced scoring model, which significantly reduced bad debt for a product with a Monthly Active User (MAU) base of around 100,000 users. Subsequently, I was promoted to the role of Chief Product Officer, where my primary objective was to build a new team and launch the MVP of a new product. I also took the lead in product strategy and processes within the company.

At Ozon, I focused on improving seller acquisition and streamlining the onboarding process, which contributed to business growth and cost reduction by integrating new features into the processes. Additionally, I gained considerable experience in hiring and mentoring colleagues, leveraging my analytical background and people management skills.

During my tenure at Tinkoff, as a junior specialist, I honed my skills in managing processes and products.

I am also proficient in data analysis, employing tools like Python, SQL, and machine learning to make informed decisions and enhance products.
