Currently focused on AI products for desktop video creators, with ownership across AI strategy, product discovery, PRD creation, cross-functional delivery and KPI performance across purchase conversion, feature adoption, retention and monetization.

• Built a new AI product stream at Movavi: AI R&D track, 2-year AI strategy and first AI feature launches with achieved KPIs.
• Reduced AI feature time-to-market by 40% through a structured R&D process for model, pipeline and feasibility validation.
• At Banuba, helped grow Video Editor from MVP to a B2C app with tens of millions of MAU, then into a B2B SaaS product with millions in revenue.
• Contributed to the successful sale of Banuba Video Editor and later worked on Photo Editor SDK, Face AR SDK and Virtual Try-On.
• Contributed to Homam 64GB launch, Red Dot Award 2022 recognition and Tier-1 media coverage.
