HR Business Partner with a track record of building recruiting strategies, employee benefits programs, and culture initiatives, backed by hands-on experience in policy development, budgeting, and labour law. Decisions are grounded in metrics such as cost per hire, eNPS, time to hire, and turnover rate. Performance review systems and employer branding have been built across IT, crypto and VC & PE companies.

That experience spans both start-ups and large enterprises, which has meant adapting quickly in fast-paced settings and, at fast-growing companies in particular, developing strong conflict-resolution skills.
