Led and developed the "Communication Platform (CDP)" to empower sellers to increase revenue through practical communication tools. Adapted the product lineup in response to internal company changes, consistently focusing on seller success.

• Optimized defective product return processes, significantly reducing logistics costs. Implemented a new "Seller-Facilitated Delivery" return program: redesigned business logic, mapped CJM, and established communication with sellers, enhancing GTM.
