I am currently based in Stavanger with full permission to work in Norway. My professional journey began in 2012, and since then, I have continuously worked on marketing and communication projects across IT, SaaS, retail, and global consumer brands.

My early career in international agencies gave me experience with well-known global brands such as Heineken, Bacardi, Bugaboo, Adidas, Monki, and others. I worked on public communications, marketing activations, go-to-market strategies, events, community building, and adaptation of global campaigns to local markets.

I later joined INDITEX Russia (Zara, Massimo Dutti, Oysho, and six other brands), where I was responsible for marketing communications and PR across more than 200 stores nationwide. This included major brand activations, special projects, market-specific campaigns, and crisis communication.

My next role brought me into the IT industry, where I became Head of PR & SMM Projects at Yandex, leading communications for three major digital platforms ( нужен доступ к резюме , Yandex Realty, Yandex Jobs). I developed year-round communication strategies, built public visibility, led crisis communication, developed SMM from scratch, and coordinated technical and lifestyle PR using internal product expertise.

During maternity leave, I continued consulting brands and later took on the role of Head of Marketing at a wellness tech start-up (HiPO), as well as becoming a lecturer at the British Higher School of Art and Design.

Most recently, I worked as Head of Marketing at Sardina Systems, a global PaaS/cloud infrastructure company operating across the Nordics, DACH, the US, and Southeast Asia. I built structured communication and content systems, collaborated deeply with product and engineering teams, translated complex technical concepts into clear user-facing materials, and developed scalable processes for content, technical documentation, and messaging across multiple markets.

Across all roles, the common thread has been my ability to understand complex products, collect and translate technical expertise from engineers and product managers, and build communication systems that are clear, structured, and adapted to the specific needs of the audience.
