With over 20 years of experience in software development, I have gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise in leading cross-functional teams and utilizing various SDLC methods. My skills range from classic Waterfall to flexible Agile Scrum/Kanban methods, which I actively use and implement based on project requirements. Throughout my career, I have been involved in all stages of product development, including business requirements gathering, technical and end-user documentation, business modeling, and architecture design.

As an architect, I specialize in cross-system integration, data exchange, and building microservice architecture. I have successfully implemented and moved multiple projects of various complexity into production, serving as a senior developer, architect, and project/product manager. My experience includes designing and developing services and user accounts to meet customer needs and stakeholder requirements, conducting interviews, tests, and web analytics to identify end-user needs, and formulating and validating hypotheses. I prioritize development tasks and work daily with customer feedback, feature validation, and backlog updating.

My analytical thinking allows me to maintain a quick learning pace and provide a wide range of ideas to make optimal decisions in software design and implementation. With my extensive experience and skills, I am confident in my ability to deliver high-quality software solutions.
