2015 – Present

• created and designed the new approach to content discovery experience on the home screen which in combination with recommendation system improvements resulted in an increase in conversion to start watching by more than 5%;
• designed live TV watching experience for TV, desktop and mobile web attracting an additional 100k DAU which resulted in an increase of average watching time by 2%;
• initiated and implemented multi-platform design system which led to a 30% reduction in the design delivery time;
• designed from 0 to launch Apple TV app which opened a new marketplace for the company and attracted up to 300k new users;
• improved the experience of downloading and watching videos offline across iOS and Android apps which led to an increase in feature usage up to 20%;
• on the basis of user research and feedback redesigned the structure and UX of subscription plans and payment in order to improve the understanding of difference between plans and increase the conversion to subscription;
• introduced weekly design critique sessions, 1-1 reviews and team activities to keep the spirits high. It developed a healthy and open culture in the team of 12 designers resulting in the low rate of quits in comparison with the average in the company.

All these were achieved in collaboration and close partnership with user researches, engineers, product managers and other designers.
