Highlights:

- Built Youla from scratch to 28M+ MAU, then built monetization from zero - 3 revenue streams and ₽1B (~$18M) in the first year
- Doubled company ARR in two years as CPO at ISPsystem, with the rebuild of the billing and multi-product SaaS ecosystem as the main lever
- Founded, grew to 500+ merchants and sold Cartbee, a SaaS e-commerce platform
- $1M ARR pipeline and a 16-market partnership with Bolt at Realytics
- Built and launched mobile app — an AI-assisted consumer wellness product, leading product strategy, rapid experimentation and go-to-market from concept to market validation
