Hello, 

I would like to take this opportunity to be able to formally introduce myself, together with my CV, hoping to be considered for the position of at your company. 

I have been a dedicated journalist for more than eight years. Currently I am working part-time as a journalist for нужен доступ к резюме website. My experience has allowed me to successfully master such spheres as conducting interviews with officials and activists, writing, translating, proofreading and editing news stories on politics, foreign affairs, economy, culture and security. I successfully researched and evaluated press releases, statements and media reports and collaborated with correspondents, news editors and fellow writers to compile a perfect story. I also succeeded in writing in such formats as reviews, previews, features and analyses. I included the links to examples of my written work in my CV.

Throughout my career as a journalist, I have enjoyed being able to successfully report some noteworthy stories such as the US-Russia relations, the 2016 and 2020 US presidential elections, Iran-US tensions, 2019 Arab world protests, the COVID-19 pandemic and I hope to continue my career by challenging and broadening my horizons. I also managed to write human stories by interviewing the witnesses and survivors of 9/11, the Hiroshima bombing, the Chornobyl disaster, the Iraqi war and others. I also broke a lot of stories with human rights and peace activists. I interviewed a number of high-ranking officials and speakers. I add the full list of my works to my LinkedIn profile. 

I have received three certificates on Coursera: Terrorism and Counterterrorism (by Leiden University, with honors), What is news (by Michigan State University) and English for Journalism (by the University of Pennsylvania). I have also got a certificate Investigative journalism (hypotheses, techniques, tools) by Thomson Reuters. I also have received 10 certificates after completing AFP online courses for journalists and journalism students.

My one-year experience at French Champagne-Ardenne University in Reims, France where I got my Master's Degree in languages and my three-month experience in Brussels where I had an internship allows me to understand French. I can read French sources and translate. I also had the experience of covering the inaugural speech of Emmanuel Macron in нужен доступ к резюме I listened in French and translated it into English). I also covered the news before the French election and after.

Becoming one of your employees would be fantastic as this position fits in with my personal and career goals much more effectively. Being a part of your team would be a chance for me, a little provincial girl with big ambitions. I feel I can bring much to the team as well as learn a lot from you. I often say that I'm a journalism addict because I'm constantly writing and searching for interesting stories and pitches to make a social change or help people whose rights have been violated.

I actually had my Certificate of Advanced English (CAE) in 2012. I am currently preparing for my IELTS and will be ready to send you the certificate as soon as I get one. Thank you for your understanding.

I would like to say that I have been studying to get any opportunities for internship, fellowship, or any studies with you. If there is any chance for me to study, have an internship or fellowship with you – even for a week – I would like to take it. I am a hardworking person, and I am learning fast!
