ITMS (Uganda E-Government): • Led the creation and launch of the Motor Vehicle Registration (MVR) system, delivering five key services. Managed four agile development teams to ensure efficient project execution. Coordinated with stakeholders and ensured compliance with Ugandan laws and regulations.

inDrive (ex inDriver) Inner Accelerator: Orchestrated the ideation and development of new products, launching two e-commerce products in two different countries. Achieved key metrics including a reseller activation rate of 60% and an activation time of 8 days.
