LIME CREDIT GROUP (an online lending fintech company)

• Built a department of 50 members (Hired, product and project managers, developers, QA) and organized product development processes
• Lead the launch of the new lending platform from 0 to fully operating system, resulting in 2x revenue growth within first 3 months, and scaling to 6x revenue growth in the following 12 months (because of 4x increased feature time to market and 10x increase in system high load)
• Led the business expansion in new countries (Mexico, Vietnam, South Africa, Poland)

SPECTRUM LLC (a private startup accelerator founded by me and my partners)
