In my previous roles as a project manager, I have been responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects both in start-up companies at MVP stage and successful corporate companies. My strong communication skills and ability to build relationships and processes inside the team have enabled me to effectively manage project scope, schedule, and budget, resulting in a high level of managers’ performance, growth of product metrics, and clarity of product development steps.

I want to highlight main achievements at the previous companies and projects:

Chatfuel

- built sales flow and communication flow for the leads and premium users in CRM system from the scratch,сreated customer characteristics process to segment customer database => created customer direct mail selection methods and tools => increase in response rate

- led the launch with G2 platform => increased the number of leads => 10% more premium clients

Human cosmos app

- implemented 1-1 meetings => managed to identify conflict moments and avoid the dismissal of key team members, increased team performance indicators => as a result, better communication between the team leads. Implemented the practice of preparing a PDP (personal development plan) for each member of the team => increased motivation and focus on personal goals;

- implemened projects to increase the lead-gen flow and product awareness: organization of the webinars, practices and challenges in closed community, led the creation of a practical course at Udemy;

- managed to increase the speed of completing tasks by 20% (reduced the number of calls, hired interns for routine tasks).

Aviasales

- organized an event for 300 people in Bangkok for 3 days, hired a team of outsource employees from scratch, managed to optimize the budget by 20% as a result of negotiations, successfully found an approach to all Thai partners and built trusting long-term relationships.

Product Heroes (courses by Ilya Krasinsky)

- built the flow of communication with course participants, upgraded the structure of information, reorganized the onboarding of course participants => improved feedback, increased NPS => increased the number of new participants who came by the recommendations of participants from previous sets;

- creation and development of a community for product managers (telegram channel, organizing meetups with large companies) => increased the number of leads, increased the loyalty of community members to our product, brought a lot of extra value to the participants (helped with problem solving).

Now I am looking for a position and tasks, where I can strengthen my project manager skills. I'm also interested in product management, development strategy, making decisions to improve the product, testing and searching for new formats of product development.

Building the community, collaborations, exploring new ways of connection between users throughout the product - all these things are driving my motivation and interest.
