I'm currently leading a Commerce tribe and a DevOps practice at Wargaming, Platform.

In the last ten years, I've: created two points of presence in Germany and Russia and built teams there; launched and made profitable two internal products; tripled retention in a business-unit of two hundred people; designed an internal containerized cloud solution for several top-ten grossing games in app-store; architected three different high-load large-scale distributed systems for one million of concurrent users; led international teams in the US, DE, RU and BY.
