Responsibilities, duty:

Perform tasks in all stages of software development and support:

• requirements analysis, external specification analysis;
• design of internal architecture (DB structure, components hierarchy, common use cases and GUI);
• design of product requirement documentation, product architecture documentation for internal use;
• coding, initial testing;
• code maintenance, including someone else’s code.

Training of interns, tasks design, planning and assignment, code reviews of less experienced developers. Contribution of guidelines as an expert. Consulting of related division colleagues. Administrative tasks to provide work of the bureau. 

Issuing Applications Bureau is responsible for the development of cryptographic, issuing, card personalization and authorization functions, as well as of e-Commerce-related issuing functions.
