Directing product lead growth efforts for Lightspeed eCom (former Ecwid). Managing a team of 6 (3 engineers, product designer, qa engineer, data analyst). 

Key results:

- Drove ~60% lift in free to paid conversion rate over numerous A/B tests
- Developed a new product (0 to 1) to strengthen the product-market-fit of the ecosystem and supercharge product-lead acquisition: нужен доступ к резюме (the product has product-market-fit, DAU and MAU growing: MAU +30% every next month)
- Crystallised out the growth model, including defining the main growth loops and built the growth strategy that worked
- Spread the growth culture across the product org contributing to wide adoption of hypothesis testing, being data-driven, adopting user research and impact oriented prioretization. Largely encouraged people to do more A/B tests with features and created a guideline on when and how to A/B test
