Responsible for the overall success of multi-function large and mid-size web projects in more than 20 website locales, working closely with product marketing, regional marketing, SEO, design, UX, development and 3rd party teams from different countries. 

Provide end-to-end Web project management for product launches and updates: 

• Interviewing stakeholders, evaluate requirements, develop business requirements and translate findings into actionable project plans for the teams 
• Leverage data and analytics to guide design, UX, and UI of the projects 
• Manage task flow, set timeliness, and ensure deadlines are met throughout the lifecycle of the project 
• Partner with internal design and development teams and external agency partners 
• Serve as liaison between external and internal teams, and communicate updates to all stakeholders 
• Provide technical and functional direction to team members, as well as assign and manage the workload. 
• Oversee Q&A testing 
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. 
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation 
• Guide an interdisciplinary team (designers, developers, analysts) on Agile / Scrum practices. 
• Track website performance and optimize by implementing A/B testing on an audience level

Were successfully launched company products (as an example Acronis True Image 2020, Acronis Cyber Cloud 8.0, etc)

Were successfully launched a lot of campaigns for core products. (SEM and Promo pages for Acronis Backup and Acronis Cyber Cloud)

Started working on the new Resource Center product as a product manager: were collected requirements from stakeholders, was written business requirements based on user stories, was started the design and development process.
