- Conducting onboarding of new employees; 

- Helping new employees to adapt, involving them in the company's culture;

- Organising various kinds of events for all the workers: reading club, yoga, English classes, volleyball, joint breakfast-lunch-dinner, theatre, cinema nights;

- Working with the team on various issues related to the change in personnel, for example, admission, leave, dismissal and other operational issues;

-Engaging in the organisational preparation of announcements and communications;

- Taking care of employees, office and flowers;

- Providing HR support.
